Refund and Returns Policy

Summary

Free shipping to Canada on all orders! Excluding Quebec. Free shipping timeframes are typically 1-3 days of processing time, and 3-5 business days for shipping transit, but these times may fluctuate for paid shipping options.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States of America. Free Shipping timelines are 1-3 days of processing time, and 5-10 business days for shipping transit. There are variable rate shipping options depending on your preference, these times may fluctuate for paid shipping options.

Tariff fees, customs fees, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Overview

We currently sell to all American and Canadian regions except Quebec.

We have a Return Policy of 14 days. If 14 days have passed after receiving your purchase, we can’t provide a return.

Packages are typically received in 4-8 business days from receipt of the order.

Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in an unused state in its original packaging.

There are several items that can’t be returned. Please see below:

Items received in a promotion, or any free item
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Online books

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) days of the approval. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take several days before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Promotional items

We currently do not offer returns or refunds for sale or promotional items. We will provide a replacement item if your item is damaged or defective as per the Exchanges section below.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact support@automotiveaccessoriesna.com. Proof of the defective or damaged item will have to be provided.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact support@automotiveaccessoriesna.com. We will provide you with a return label to return your item.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your return to ship may vary. Please package the item carefully to avoid damage during transit. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
