Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping to Canada, the USA, and Australia. There are alternative shipping options available at the checkout based on your location if you require faster shipping.

All of our prices are in Canadian dollars ($CAD). If you are from the United States, you will be charged in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).

We offer a no questions asked 14-day free return period on all products. The return period window starts as soon as you receive your item and we pay the return postage.

We are proudly Canadian and sell to all regions in Canada, the United States, and Australia, excluding the Canadian province of Quebec. We currently don’t sell to any regions in Europe or South America, but may be looking to expand in the future.

All orders are processed and manufactured within 3 days of receiving the order. Canadian domestic shipping times are 3-5 business days. International shipping times are 5-20 business days.

About Automotive Accessories

We formed Automotive Accessories because of our passion for cars that we’ve had since we were little kids. We want to leave a positive impact on the car community, which is why we obsess over the design of our products and accessories. We have tremendous respect for the time and care it takes for a car build and the amount of hard work mechanics put into fixing vehicles everyday – so we want to make your lives better!

All of our products are 3D printed, cleaned up, and assembled straight from our location. Each product is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our workshop to ensure there are no defects or damage during shipping. We take enormous pride in ensuring our products are fit for use. We have strict quality control measures to ensure our prints come out correctly. We are so confident in our quality control measures, we have a precision print guarantee, where if your print is defective, we will replace it at no cost.

We spend a considerable amount of time designing each product. We do a material search of which materials are the best for each product’s intended use case. Then, we run countless design iterations and prints for each product to ensure that each design is up to our standards, durable, and a thoughtful solution to our problem based on our product research. When we are happy with our preliminary design, we print it and send it to several people for testing. These people give customized feedback on the design, including what they liked about the product and what they disliked. After gathering enough feedback, we list the product for sale on the website. The people who test our products are engineers, mechanics, and at home handymen.

We are a small home based business located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We are proudly Canadian, we design, manufacture, and ship all of our products from Canada.

For shipments to Canada: 1-3 days of processing time and 3-5 business days for shipping. For shipments to the USA: 1-3 days of processing time and 5-10 business days for shipping. For shipments to Australia: 1-3 days of processing time and 10-20 business days for shipping.

Because all of our products are proudly manufactured, assembled, and packaged in Canada, there are no applicable U.S. Tariffs on our products due to the CUSMA act. There may be other fees associated with delivery, such as a brokerage and other fees that are the customer’s responsibility.

We take security and protecting your personal information very seriously. No credit card information is stored on this site, it’s stored with a secure and PCI-DSS complaint third party. PCI-DSS compliance has strict regulations to protect credit card information and keep your information safe. We have strict security measures and multiple firewalls on our site to keep your information secure.

Personal information (including your name, shipping address, and billing address) will be removed from orders 30 days after the order is complete and we will never sell your data to any third party whatsoever.
